Columbia Chamber of Commerce President and 2012 Pillar of the Community Award Recipient, Louis (Hutch) Schlafly, presents the “Pillar of the Community Award” to Joe Koppeis during the 102nd Annual Meeting of the Chamber on February 27, 2014.
